PT. Computrade Technology International (CTI) was established in 2003 as a distributor of IT related products, mostly world class IT brands in Indonesia. The company has excellent reputation for its experience in the information technology industry and has International Certified sales & technical expertise serving hundreds of distribution channels throughout Indonesia. To ensure speedy distribution to the marketplace, currently CTI has more than 200 dealers consisting of System Integrators, Independent Software Vendors, and IT Consultants. These experienced resellers that form an extensive marketing network spread accross Indonesia have enabled CTI to maintain its position as one of the most effective and efficient IT distributor in Indonesia. In addition, CTI gives commitment to partners by acquiring new product licenses for distribution and having more the acquired products, business partners would have more leverage to increase the market share.

Journey & People

PT. Computrade Technology International (CTI), with its proven tract record as an IT Distributor has acquired a wealth of knowledge in which it has used to concentrate a versatile blueprint for the IT industry. Organization structure was designed in the relatively flat platform rather than pyramid dividing functionally into Channel Management, Product Specialist, Marketing Communication, and Technical Support.

Knowledge acquisition is fully promoted. The company’s engineers must comply with technical certification levels predetermined by our world-class business associates both in Indonesia and overseas. There are more than 20 Internationally Certified IT engineers in the company. CTI also conducts a carefully developed Managerial Training to build ‘well-rounded’ staff members who are technically capable and demonstrate a mature approach to their work

IT Product Specialist (Hardware and Software)
Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree from a reputable university, preferable in IT or Electro Science with minimum GPA 2.75.
  • Preferable having minimum 2 years experiences in IT industry, but fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Good communication skill & interpersonal skill.
  • Good presentation skill.

Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve sales target.
  2. Develop a good relationship with Principals (IBM, Oracle, etc) and Business Partners.
  3. Prepare and deliver proposal, quotation, and presentation to clients in a professional way.

Account Manager
Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree from a reputable university, preferable in IT or Electro Science with minimum GPA 2.75.
  • Minimum 2 (two) years of IT Sales Experience, preferably in Banking, Telecommunication or Government industries.
  • Good communication skill & interpersonal skill.

Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and manage business relationship with new or existing customers.
  2. Identify business opportunities, assess customers’ needs, and make proper follow-up to ensure optimum responses.
  3. Prepare and deliver proposal, quotation, and presentation to clients in a professional way.

Technical Consultant – Infrastructure
Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree from a reputable university, preferable in IT or Electro Science with minimum GPA 2.75.
  • Have a skill set of IT infrastructure such as TCP / IP, Windows Server and Active Directory, Linux and UNIX, and Storage Area Networking (SAN).
  • Good knowledge on relational database (Oracle or DB2 or MS SQL) is an advantage.
  • Official and valid certification from principals such as MCSE, MCP, CCNA, CCNP, OCP, etc. is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  1. Initiate customer assessment, installation, configure, data loading
  2. Conduct Training to customers if needed.
  3. Support and trouble shooting

Project Manager
Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree from a reputable university, preferable in IT or Electro Science with minimum GPA 2.75.
  • Knowledge in IT project lifecycle will be an advantage.
  • Preferable having minimum 2 years experiences in Project Manager, but fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities:

  1. Direct and manage project from beginning to end.
  2. Define project scope, goal and delivered supports.
  3. Delegate task and responsibilities to appropriate personal.
  4. Develop and deliver progress reports.

Technical Writer
Requirements:

  • Female
  • Bachelor Degree from a reputable university, preferable in IT or Electro Science with minimum GPA 2.75.
  • Intermediate skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Picture).
  • Knowledge in IT project lifecycle will be an advantage.
  • Careful and detail oriented.

Responsibilities:

  1. Write project documentations from start to finish.
  2. Write a user guide of a system.
  3. Write minutes of meeting for technical division.

Technical Support – Software
Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree from a reputable university, preferable in IT or Electro Science with minimum GPA 2.75.
  • Familiar with several O/S such as Windows Server, Linux and Unix.
  • Familiar with Database (DB2, Oracle and / or Ms. SQL Server)
  • Should have experience with several Application Server such as Oracle Weblogic, IBM Websphere, etc.
  • Have programming language knowledge / experience such as Java, .Net, C#, C++ would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  1. Implementation Process: assessment,  installation,  configure,  training, maintenance and support.

Technical Support – Hardware
Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree from a reputable university, preferable in IT or Electro Science with minimum GPA 2.75.
  • Good knowledge in architecture and technical of server and storage solutions is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  1.  Implementation Process: assessment,  installation,  configure,  training, maintenance and support.

System Analyst
Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree from a reputable university, preferable in IT or Electro Science with minimum GPA 2.75.
  • Experienced in various programming languange: VB6, VB.net, Java, J2EE, C#.net or ASP.net
  • Experienced in SQL Server and Oracle Database
  • Experienced creating software design and database design

Responsibilities:

  1. Establish trusted relationship with user community and understanding customer and benefit cases in supporting business requirement and prioritization.
  2. Manage communication and expectations from initiation thru close-out of user issues and/or requests
  3. Establish good work coordination among programmers to fulfill customer business requirement.

Finance Staff
Requirements:

  • Minimum Undergraduate (Diploma) Degree from a reputable university, preferred in Accounting with minimum GPA 2.75.
  • Minimum 2 (two) years of working experience in same position.
  • Willing to work hard under pressure and result oriented.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage payment activity and petty cash.
  2. Prepare daily report for cash flow and payables.
  3. Finalize daily journal entry.
  4. Verify bank and cash reconciliation result .

Marketing Staff
Requirements:

  • Minimum Undergraduate (Diploma) Degree from a reputable university, preferred in Marketing Communication with minimum GPA 2.75.
  • Creative & strategic thinking.
  • Familiar with Adobe Photoshop or Corel Draw.

Responsibilities:

  1. Determine marketing needs necessary to reach the public to increase sales.
  2. Look at current and previous literature and marketing information to determine the success of past campaign and create new campaign.
  3. Draft posters for new campaigns.
