I. Overview
PT Indomarco Adi Prima (IAP) adalah salah satu unit bisnis dari PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk yang bergerak di bidang distribusi consumer product.

II. Cakupan Distribusi
IAP mendistribusikan mayoritas dari produk Indofood, dan juga mendistribusikan consumer product lainnya non Indofood ke beberapa area di Indonesia, ke pasar modern hingga ke pasar tradisional.
Saat ini, IAP memiliki 25 cabang di beberapa kota besar di Indonesia dengan lebih dari 1100 Stock Point dengan lebih dari 300.000 outlet.
Berikut adalah 25 cabang IAP :

I. Latar Belakang
Dengan cakupan area distribusi yang luas dan terus berkembang, untuk itu kami membutuhkan kaderisasi pemimpin yang berkualitas melalui program Management Trainee (MT). Program MT adalah jalur khusus yang ditujukan kepada lulusan sarjana (fresh graduate) yang dipersiapkan dengan pendidikan khusus selama 2 tahun untuk menjadi calon pemimpin IAP yang akan datang.

II. Jenis Program MT
Program MT kami ada 3, yaitu :
1. MT Sales Operation
Merupakan ujung tombak IAP dalam memperluas area distribusi dan meningkatkan variasi produk yang didistribusikan
2. MT Finance & Accounting
Fungsi utama IAP dalam menjalankan pencatatan, kontrol dan pengelolaan transaksi finansial perusahaan
3. MT Logistik
Fungsi utama IAP dalam mengelola pencatatan, penyimpanan serta ketersediaan produk yang didistribusikan yang sejalan dengan strategi penjualan IAP

LOWONGAN :

INTERNAL AUDITOR (IA)
Qualifications and Skills :
• At Least Bachelor degree in Accounting or Management with GPA > 3.00
• Male, max. 25 years old
• One year experience in related field is required (fresh graduates with relevant background are also welcome to apply)
• Excellent communication skill, able to follow through on actions with sense of urgency
• A self motivated, full of initiative and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• MS. Office proficient
• Willing to travel for assigned duty around Indonesia
• Willing to be located in Head Office (Jakarta)

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE SALES OPERATION (MT-SO)
Qualifications and Skills :
• At Least Bachelor degree from any discipline
• Male, single, max. 25 years old
• Fresh graduate or having maximum 1 year work experience in related field
• Have good analytical thinking, high motivation and initiative
• Have good sense of business, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to be placed in any area of Indonesia

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE FINANCE ACCOUNTING (MT-FA)
Qualifications and Skills :
• At Least Bachelor degree from Accounting with GPA > 3.00
• Male, Single, max. 25 years old
• Fresh graduate or having maximum 1 year work experience in related field
• Have good analytical thinking, high motivation and initiative
• Have good leaderships, interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to be placed in our branch nationwide

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE LOGISTIC (MT-LOG)
Qualifications and Skills :
• At Least Bachelor degree from related discipline
• Male, Single, max. 25 years old
• Fresh graduate or having maximum 1 year work experience in related field
• Have good analytical thinking, high motivation and initiative
• Have good leaderships, interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to be placed in any area of indonesia

HR ADMINISTRATION STAFF (HRA)
Qualifications and Skills :
• Fresh Grad, Min D3 from any discipline with GPA >3.00
• Female, Max 25 years old
• Have good Administration and Computer skill
• Have good Communication & Interpersonal Skill
• Willing to be located in Head Office (Jakarta)

HR OFFICER (HRO)
Qualifications and Skills :
• Min Bachelor Degree from any discipline
• Min. 2 years experience as HR Generalist (handling Outsourcing and Industrial Relation is preferable)
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Knowledgeable in local labor law
• Willing to be located in our branch nationwide
